Website redesign and product analytics

I built and revamped Wix pages and reviewed Wix analytics to inform website and product improvements.

I analysed Wix user data to identify drop-off points and optimise the website and learning journey, significantly improving sign-ups and course completion.

I also led the business side of a Wix-to-WordPress migration, coordinating with design and engineering teams.

Student feedback fed into this work. The resume records using student surveys to help develop new programs, including a Quick Certification Program.

Turning repeated queries into an FAQ

Handling student questions showed me where the website needed clearer information. I collected the recurring questions and built an FAQ page so students could find the answers without contacting the team again.

Reported reduction in repeated student queries
More than 70%

This figure comes from my account of the work. The baseline, measurement period and method are not preserved. It refers to repeated questions, rather than all support volume.

Data processing and outreach workflows

  • Python and Google Apps Script. Automated database processing and email extraction, as described in my resume.
  • Wix email campaigns. Managed outreach and audience re-engagement emails within Wix.
  • Campaign review. Used campaign performance and product analytics to inform follow-up work.

These workflows supported day-to-day website operations, student communication and campaign execution.

Available evidence

The migration, surveys, campaign work and automation responsibilities are recorded in my resume. The FAQ, Wix analytics and improvements to sign-ups and course completion are described from my account. Original pages, scripts and analytics exports are no longer available. Exact uplift figures for sign-ups and completion are not preserved.
