From an early audience to a larger student base

Agnirva used a free online space internship to bring students into its learning platform. I worked on college outreach, program positioning and the paid offers students could explore after joining.

The student audience grew from a few hundred to around 1 lakh through organic promotion and email outreach. This was a company outcome I contributed to as part of the team.

College outreach and organic acquisition

I researched college details and email contacts city by city, including Bengaluru and Kolkata. We used those contacts to introduce the free program to institutions, which then shared the opportunity with their students.

  1. Research collegesCollect institution details and email contacts for a target city.
  2. Reach college teamsExplain the free program and ask institutions to circulate it.
  3. Bring students into the programSupport college promotions and the Campus Ambassador Program.

The program’s SpaceTutor registration and AICTE NEAT listing helped establish credibility when presenting the opportunity.

Introducing paid courses to the free audience

Within the free learning journey, students were introduced to paid Fast Track options, other courses and projects. I helped with positioning these offers, creating courses with the team, website presentation and outreach.

The free course gave students a way to experience the program before considering another learning product. My work connected student acquisition with the promotion of these paid options.
